An AI phone receptionist I built to answer calls, collect details and pass messages on.
The project.
I built the web app, back-end services, telephone integrations and billing. It handles real calls, rather than just being a chatbot demo.
It is my own project and is still being tested and improved with beta users.
Behind it.
The system uses phone APIs, speech-to-text, voice generation, AI models, databases and messaging. Getting the conversation and hand-off to work reliably has taken a lot of testing.
